With the exception of portions of the Site owned by Shopify Inc., a third party unaffiliate with Kapsul that provides us with the e-commerce platform for our online store, this Site is owned and operated by Premium Home Comfort Inc. d/b/a Kapsul (“Kapsul,” “we,” or “us”), and we can be reached by mail at Kapsul, 2212 Walnut Street, 1st Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19103 or by email at email@example.com.
We value individual privacy and want to give visitors of the Site and users of our App the opportunity to know what information we collect about them and how they can limit the use of personally-identifiable information beyond the purposes for which they first provided it. Data We Collect and How We Use It
Personally Identifiable Information
We collect your email address if you subscribe to our mailing list, preorder or purchase products through our online store, create an account to use our App, reach out to us through our “Contact” page, or otherwise communicate with us by email, as well as other information that you might supply voluntarily, such as survey responses, feedback, and reviews.
If you preorder or purchase a product or service at our Site, we will also ask for your name, address, credit card number or other financial account number you wish to be charged, and other contact information. If we obtain knowledge that we have personally identifiable information about a child under 13 in retrievable form in its files, we will delete that information from our existing files.
